The marriage takes place by licence before the registrar Charles Edward Jones and in the presence of A G Norris and E F Norris. Who are the two witnesses? A G Norris could be my Grandad's older brother George Albert Norris born c 1897, and E F Norris could be his mother Elizabeth Fanny Norris (nee Darby).
